Automated packing line for Spuntech US
For a Spuntech , one of the world leaders in production of non woven fabric we have developed a system to manage all the information of the cloth packaging process at their U.S. production line.
Work process included full characterization of the end customer needs , the Medatech company which implemented the ERP system, and a number of German companies which provided the machinery production line.
Subsequently the full development of software in Israel while performing tests and simulations in Israel and Germany and commissioning of the system in the production line in the U.S. for several weeks until the final delivery.
The process developed includes management of production orders and transfer them from the ERP to the production floor, recipes management for various production machines, controlling the packing robot and printing thousands of barcode labels in and placing them on the product without human contact.
